Dr. Natasha started Douglass Dental after practicing a few years with other offices. She learned that patient-centric care was critical to the overall success of the practice. She experienced how unhappy patients were when they had to wait or procedures took longer than expected.
At Douglass Dental, we respect your time as if it was our own. The reason we have a strict cancelation policy is that we pledge that no patient will ever have to wait more than 15 minutes for their appointment. Procedures are timed so that no one is overbooked, and you are held up longer than expected.
However, if there is an urgent medical need that needs to be addressed, you will be informed immediately of the impact on your timing and the expected length of your appointment.
